Probably nobody among us ever saw this team rule the basketball courts across the USA during the 1936-37 world championship season. And too few remember the legendary Sphas as one of the greatest pro teams of all time, at a time when the players were smaller, the game was a lot tougher, and points weren't so easy to rack up. With Eddie Gottlieb as coach, Harry Litwack playing the point, two-handed set shooting sensation Cy Kasselman, and bangers like Red Rosan, Moe Goldman, Shikey Gotthofer, Gil Fitch and Inky Lautman, the Sphas were well-known as the heroic hebesters! This handsome reproduction poster is premium quality matte satin stock, size 16 x 24 only.
