If you're an old school Phillies fan you no doubt know the team history--from the 1920s until 1948 the Phils were the absolute worst team in baseball. So bad they once changed their nickname to the Bluejays, and even worse once changed their red & white logo and colors to try for better luck. It didn't work. In 1938 the Phils changed to a blue & gold design, and replaced the iconic P with Billy Penn fielding a team from high atop City Hall. It wasn't great, but it was different. We own an original 1938 Philadelphia Phillies National League patch, and we're happy to put it on a tee for the most esoteric of Phillies fans!
Color: Hack Wilson White
