1943 Shibe Park Major League Baseball All Star Tee

Most of the big stars from America's past time marched off to war in the early 1940s, but the All-Star Game still had to carry on...and when it came to Philly in the summer of '43 there weren't a lot of big names filling out the rosters. The National League had a decent squad led by vets Stan Hack, Billy Herman, Marty Marion and kids like Stan The Man Musial and Harry The Hat Walker. But the American League had a bunch of no names like George Case, Vern Stephens, Ken Keltner and Dutch Leonard. And the Americans won!! In our opinion, this program tee is probably better than the game.
